If you play DFS (Daily Fantasy Sports) you know what it means to have a Big Day. But a Gonzo Day! Like winning at least a car, is what I’m talking about.  Its when you have your best day ever, but you know the Gonzo’s are close.  I was coming very close to Gonzo’s when I was writing weekly articles so I have returned. During that short break I have taken on some new projects but have continued to play DFS. My previous articles include End Zone Experts and Hitting the Links but the latest success has been in hoops.   All of the End Zone Experts have had their share of big wins, but this week Mustangs Tony hit that Gonzo Day. After bouncing ideas around with him all day, he fit the perfect puzzle, in the right DK NBA contest. Every time I write, my goal is to provide the reader with my information and hope we all can master the puzzle and contest selection process.  Also follow me on twitter @LittleDannydfs for all last minute updates and injury news. In today’s article I will lay out some quick hits for Tuesday’s NBA.

Auto Plays

Anthony Davis (PF/C $10,900 DK) The match-up at Portland vs either Aminu or Nurkic is a dream. This puts Boogie in nice spot as well. However, I’m gonna take my chances on Brow here thinking he gets the real miss match.

Rudy Gobert (C $7,600 DK) Playing legit Bigs vs Deandre Jordan always pays off. Rudy has had plenty of success vs him before. A bad game would be say 12 points, 14 rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. Now consider this year, Rubio can get him a few more easy buckets and his last regular season game vs Clips of 20 points, 19 rebounds, and 5 blocks is possible.

CJ McCullum (PG/SG $7,100 DK) If AD goes off somebody on Portland does too. Lillard should get his, but CJ $1300 cheaper is the play. Jrue Holiday can limit Lillard just enough to force the ball to others. Its gonna be up to CJ to hit his shots.

Jimmy Butler (SG $7,000 DK) This will be the cheapest we see Butler’s price all year. Not to mention it is a game at home vs up tempo Indiana. His defense and the minutes are there, almost 40 a night. Being a 12 point favorite scares me, but Indy can stay in the game long enough to let Jimmy get his.

Value Plays

Jae Crowder (SF/PF $4,700 DK) Jae hasn’t played very well with his new team yet. Plus his last box score of 0 points will hopefully keep others from using him.  All I know is he gets a match up vs some very weak Bulls defenders. Ask Lamarcus Aldrige on Saturday he destroyed the Bulls by himself, in 3 quarters. Lebron will get others involved, no Jr. Smith, no Rose, its Jae’s turn to shine.

Lou Williams (SG $4,900) This firecracker can go off at anytime for any team. 6x value meaning 30 DK points can come from his scoring alone.

Sneaky

Donovan Mitchell (PG/SG $3,800) A rookie bulldog 2 way guard from Louiville. With Rodney Hood declared out this opens up even more minutes for him. His shot has not been falling yet, but he has been filling up the stats sheet. He will add a little more scoring tonight making him way too cheap. Plus he seems like a great pivot from that price range stacked with guys like (Austin Rivers $3,900, Courtney Lee $3,900, and Curtis Joseph $3,800).

Terrance Ross (SG/SF $4,400) Very capable of scoring in bunches. No Elf Payton helps him a little. But what can help him the most is to rebound from his 1 for 11 shooting. He has a very realistic chance of 7x value.

Maurice Harkless (SF/PF $4000) and Evan Turner (SG/SF $4300) Both Portland options that get enough tick to hit value. You may find these 2 useful when building lineups.

Fades

Lebron (SF/PF 10,000 DK) Obvious fade because the line is 14.5 vs Chicago. I know Bulls usually are pretty good vs the Cavs. Not this Bulls team, especially without Lavine, Dunn, Mirotic, and Portis. Route City.

Blake Griffin (PF/C $9,000 DK) Blake is the focal point of the offense. But not the focal point of my Draft Kings lineup construction. He will be higher owned and wont reach 5x value. Gobert down low neutralizes the easy buckets just enough.
