After an Open Championship hang over the golf world makes a quick turn around back across the pond to Ontario, Canada for the RBC Canadian Open. Hosted for the 28th time by Glen Abbey Golf Club, The #OurOpen is the third leg in what’s considered golf’s Triple Crown of National Championships which includes the US and Open (British) Championships. Only two players in history have ever completed the circuit in the same season. Hall of Famer Lee Trevino won all three over a 30 day period in 1971, and some other guy named Eldrick locked it up in 2000 on Glen Abbey’s 18th hole par 5 with this shot. Sigh…the good ol’ days… Can we please set aside our differences and #MakeTigerGreatAgain? Before we do, let’s set our Shimmer app settings to the correct parameters to sort out any last minute decisions before tee off tomorrow.
Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada
Looking for: Pro Golfers – any price range on Draft Kings
Age: No preference (or legal to be safe)
Alright let’s get some swipes in….
Hey I’m Matt! I used to think I was indecisive, but now I’m not sure LOL! Love my job. Work for myself so I’m always the boss. No games, looking for the real thing. Big time cuddler ; )
Kuchar almost had the real thing last weekend at Royal Birkdale. The polished professional himself admitted the runner up finish was a crushing defeat. Getting back out there after such a traumatic experience can be risky. We all remember what happened when Viper insisted on sending Maverick right up after Goose’s accident. Well, at least Sundown does. Left.
Looking for a keeper not a creeper. Easy going and simultaneously sassy AF. Love spending nights out on the town, but also enjoy quiet nights in. Intelligence and confidence is what I find attractive. When I’m not working I’m most likely telling dad jokes and/or dancing. 6″ 1′ curvy.
The profile above normally indicates that of what the kids refer to as a “basic bitch”. To be clear, that’s what the kids say–not me. I, on the other hand, believe toleration of boredom and consistency are key elements in any successful relationship. Lowry hasn’t missed the weekend in back-to-back events in almost a year. After packing his bags early last week at The Open, expect a strong bounce back from the Irishman as he makes his Canadian Open debut this week at Glen Abbey. Right.
I know what I want and that’s to be the first Canadian born player to win this tournament since 1954. If that’s a problem with you this won’t work. I’ve made 6 of my last 7 cuts including three finishes in the top 20. No smokers or kids. Not opposed to hookups.
Now this is exactly my type. Honest, direct, and open minded. I think it just moved. RIGHT!
Oh c’mon Bubba! I know your year isn’t what you hoped, but you’re never going to find what you’re looking for putting that out there. You should at least mention your recent weight loss to generate some excitement because your game probably won’t. Many thought Watson’s 6th place finish at last month’s Memorial could be a positive sign for his form beginning to turn for the best headed into the US Open. Yeah…not exactly. Bubba missed the cut there, and at the Travelers Championship the following week. With that price and attitude I’ll look elsewhere. Left.
I won that rooster trophy at work lol! Been burnt on here so expectations aren’t high. Swipe left if you’re into hookups/games. Have my sh!t together and want the same. Wino.
Yeah well I’ve been burnt on here too Nick! After pumping up Taylor’s golf and video game play for #JDC17 picks he went on to fire an opening round 76 en route to an early exit for the Winnipeg native. You have to go back to August of 2016 to find the last time the former Husky missed the cut in consecutive starts. He followed his last MC up with a 29th place finish at the Quicken Loans National back in June. Plus, a wise man once told me how to avoid being fooled twice, and Nick wouldn’t do that to me anyway. And, I be crushing red wine on the reg. Strong right.
In town to play in a golf tourney. Got a room through the weekend. If I get cut let’s hang out. If I don’t let’s hang out anyway!
DJ was earning his keep through three days at Royal Birkdale last week sitting pretty inside the top 10. Then, a final round 77 landed him in a T54 finish wiping out any potential ROI for players who took the plunge on Johnson. Every swipe comes with risk attached, and with the tone of DJ’s profile this week, it seems like he may not be completely grounded. I’m going to pass for now and let DJ be someone else’s project. Left.
Fishing, watching tv, golf, beer, tacos, snuggling in no particular order…
The Wofford alum has made 6 of his last 8 weekends. At the RBC Canadian Open McGirt has played through Sunday in all six career appearances including two T2 finishes with the most recent being in 2013 at Glen Abbey. At $6,700 that’s just sexy. Right!
Lighting round long shots for consideration
Julian Etulain $6,500 – soft right
Nick Watney $7,000 – right
Daniel Summerhays $7,000 – right
Good luck this weekend! I’ll be back in two weeks for golf’s fourth and final major of the season PGA Championship.
